Today was very much a repeat of yesterday. As usual, we woke to a beautiful sunny day. Green palm trees swaying in a gentle breeze against clear blue skies, along a white sandy beach, lapped by turquoise waters and we can't help but appreciate our life in paradise, regardless of what the day holds in store for us. After breakfast and Elaine's exercises, we headed ashore for coffee and her exercise walk. With Elaine's legs strengthening by the day, we managed to walk along the airport runway to the eastern side of the island. Her Fitbit gadget indicated that she walked a total of nearly 4miles today, which is amazing, considering a few short weeks ago she was back on the crutches and unable to walk at all. There may well be light at the end of the tunnel, at last! We then spent the afternoon on board and while Roy continued working on our website upgrade, Elaine started sorting out our latest photographs in preparation for uploadng them to the Gallery. This evening we met Georgia (Chris and Paul) and their visitors at the MCYC Island Bar for sundowners before returning to Paw Paw for a barbecue. We also had the opportunity to chat to family in the US again, which always brightens our day and we appear to eventually have made progress on our landlubber matters.
