Fortunately we had an early start out of Port Denarau for our "drive" back to Malolo Lailai in calm conditions. We had no sooner anchored when the winds picked up and blew all day, so we decided to stay on board and get our cleaning chores out of the way. While Roy scrubbed the decks, Elaine cleaned the inside. We also managed to complete a few odd jobs which have been lingering since we arrived in Fiji. In-between all of that, Elaine did her weight / strengthening exercises, while Roy continued to work on our website upgrade. This morning the winds calmed down, so we took the opportunity to head ashore for an exercise walk, followed by a morning coffee, but not before we had to deai with our ongoing landlubber matters which are leaving us more than exasperated due to the incompetence, disorganisation and mismanagement we are experiencing. It's beyond ridiculous! On a lighter note, we also got to catch up with Ain't Fancy (Betina abd Dirk), who, like Take Off (Louise and Jorgan), are rejoining the World ARC rally and the 2017 / 2018 fleet which is currently here in Musket Cove in preparation for the start of the next leg on Saturday. This evening we enjoyed happy hour with Georgia (Chris and Paul) and their visitors at the MCYC Island Bar before heading back to Paw Paw for a light dinner and an early night.
